Christine Cunningham brings over twenty-five years of  home building industry experience from a successful career in general real estate and new home sales to an impressive list of clients spanning coast-to-coast with whom she provides sales strategies, performance evaluations, skill building workshops and coaching, as well as competitive community and product research.

Christine has earned the respect and a strong following of leaders in the Building and Real Estate industries due to her "in-the-trenches" experience and personalized "Pro-Active" step-by-step instructional approach  resulting in consistent increased performance and higher bottom-line profits.  

She is recognized for her dynamic and innovative approach to identifying inefficient and ineffective practices, for her creation of customized processes and for her one-on-one coaching and training of sales, construction and management teams for improved and consistent levels of performance.

Christine's personal new homes sales experience won her the coveted NAHB 1991 MAXSEL Award for Regional "Rookie of the Year" for outstanding sales during the Texas recession.

She accepted the position of Sales Coach with Weekley Homes, where her platform of education strengthened and expanded.  She became more aware of a demand for sales coaching and training on a national level.  In 1994, she launched her own company, offering proven skills and motivational techniques to a ready market.

Her "Habits of Successful Sales Professionals" New Home Sales Training Programs provide the information, experience and "Pro-Active" steps necessary to take your sales professionals to the highest level of production. 

Her unique, individualized approach has helped builders and developers across the United States to identify problem areas, address situations and create solutions that help generate sales and customer loyalty.

Christine's strategies and techniques have consistently gained a minimum of one sale per month per sales professional.  For example, a builder client with nine communities in one city realized an annual increased gross sales volume of over $46 Million directly connected to Christine's support.

She has been a member of the National Association of Homebuilders since 1990, Associate Member of the Greater Houston and Greater Atlanta Homebuilder Associations, serving as a board member over the years, and has earned the Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) and the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designations.  Christine is also a Certified NAHB instructor.

Many of  her personal educational programs are accredited for continuing education credits.
